Tender Description
The Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) will be inviting Offers from suitably qualified and experienced Respondents for the demolition and replacement of the existing Level 1 rooftop garden at Perth Children’s Hospital (PCH). The garden is located between the Burns and Oncology wards.
The project will need to be delivered by September 2026 and will include:
- Mobilisation to site
- Demolition of existing Level 1 rooftop garden as per specification
- Review / installation of waterproofing membrane system as per specification
- Construction of garden, soft and hard landscaping, installation of shade structures and play elements as per specification.
