The Department has a contract in place with MessageStick for the provision of Calabrio ONE licences. As we move out of the project phase and into Service Operations, we require external support services.

As such, the Department is seeking a proposal for a support service package to maintain our existing Calabrio ONE product suite in accordance with the following parameters:

• Application Technical Support for Calabrio ONE for incidents, maintenance and sustainment during the following periods:

-Monday - Friday (0830 to 1730)

-Excluding Weekends and ACT Public Holidays

• Any contractor who requires access to the Health Network must obtain a Baseline Security Clearance as a minimum.

Please provide support tiering options in your proposal. Please also include both 12 months, and multi-year term length options for our consideration.
