The services to be provided include, but are not limited to:

• The review and development of a 5-year Strategic Plan and an annual Wildlife Hazard Management Plan,

• Monthly off and on-airport wildlife monitoring and surveys,

• Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting,

• Risk assessment and the provision of technical expertise including species management plans for wildlife found at the airport.

• Develop a Site Wildlife Management Plan (SWMP) – Resource Recovery Centre (RRC)

• Identify and assess specific wildlife attractants and hazards associated with operations at the RRC

• Include site-specific risk assessments and wildlife hazard identification

• Develop targeted Species Action Plans (SAPs) for species observed at the RRC

• Establish control methodologies, site-specific responsibilities, and wildlife hazard management procedures

• Align with the principles of the airport WHMP while operating as a separate and independent management program

• The SWMP will be reviewed and updated annually, and all data will be managed and maintained independently of airport-related datasets
