Maranoa Regional Council (Council) invites written Tenders for the Lease of Land for Commercial Opportunities at Roma Airport.

The Land is located at Roma Airport - 38 Hangar Drive. The leased areas are part of a main lot. Council is offering the sites to businesses who may use the land to complement existing functions inside the Roma Airport precinct.

The sites are offered as a temporary option (maximum 3 years) while development and construction of a permanent Roma Airport Industrial and Commercial precinct is completed. As such, construction of permanent facilities that cannot be removed (buildings, structures) will not be approved.
