Treasury wish to enter a 3 year engagement for ongoing professional services (including maintenance and management assistance, and education services) and licensing for an existing Rapid7 instance.

Quote to include (please separate line items for professional services and licencing):

1. Face to face professional services consisting of 5 days (8 hours per day) per contract year - for a total of 15 days over the life of the contract - to provide or assist with:

• product management and maintenance
• service uplift
• education services
• How those hours are delivered will be upon mutual agreed upon after contract

2. Licence renewal for the following Rapid7 capabilities for 3 years:

• InsightVM for unlimited assets
• InsightAppSec for unlimited assets
• InsightCloudSec for 750 billable resources
• Managed Detection and Response (MDR) Elite for 3,500 assets and unlimited InsightConnect workflows - to include InsightIDR with EET
• Surface Command for 7,500 assets
