Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The City of Kalamunda requires the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to undertake the design, demolition and construction of a pavilion on the new Scott Reserve Pavilion.

The Contractor is to use the Principals Preliminary Design as the design basis, updating that design to incorporate changes set out in the Preliminary Design Amendments.
