Sydney Opera House is looking to engage suitable organisations that may be invited to provide Site Safety Management services under the Outdoor Technical Providers Panel.

Project goals

Sydney Opera House (SOH) is a major performing arts centre that hosts more than 2,500 events every year in its seven indoor venues, foyers, and various outdoor spaces. Every event must be managed so that it is successfully integrated with other SOH activities to ensure the safety and security of workers and the general public. The details of these Works relates to the provision of an ongoing and updated Outdoor Events Technical Providers Panel of suppliers. This procurement relates specifically to site safety management.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

SOHT wishes to build a list of preferred suppliers for the provision of technical equipment and services to deliver outdoor events. This includes providers of:

1. Outdoor Stages and front of house/delay towers

2. Bathroom facilities

3. Noise Monitoring

4. Sound equipment and crewing services

5. Lighting equipment and crewing services

6. Marquees and associated equipment

7. Site sheds

8. Audio Visual equipment and crewing services

9. Site Management and General Equipment supply

10. Site Labour and General Equipment supply

11. Site Safety Management (this EOI)
