Tender Description
We are seeking proposals from operators interested in occupying the Old Outpatients Building either through lease or purchase.
This is an opportunity to activate and reimagine a historically significant building within the Subiaco precinct. We welcome proposals from proponents who recognise the value and character of the Old Outpatients Building and share our vision for a use that both activates the 1909 structure and contributes meaningfully to the broader Subiaco community.
