Barwon Water seeks to appoint qualified and experienced Contractor for the development of a comprehensive reference design and specification for the Wurdee Boluc Water Treatment Plant Capacity Upgrade Project. This reference design and specification (eg performance and quality specification etc) will be used as the basis to support the development of a Business Case and provide supporting documents for the procurement of the project.

It is a condition of the Tender that Tenderers attend a Mandatory Site Inspections/Briefing Session held on 17 June 2025 at 10am AEST at Wurdee Boluc Water Treatment Plant. Details are in the Tender Document.
