Edith Cowan University (ECU) is inviting proposals from experienced and highly skilled suppliers to deliver professional writing services that support the development of competitive research grants, tenders, and award nominations.

This opportunity spans ECU’s diverse research portfolio, including but not limited to the disciplines of science, health, engineering, humanities, and the arts.

ECU seeking partners with a proven track record in crafting compelling, high-quality submissions that enhance the visibility, funding success, and recognition of academic research. Successful Respondents will demonstrate deep expertise in research communication, strategic positioning, and aligning content with the expectations of funding bodies, evaluators, and award panels.

This is a two-stage process:

1. Prequalification Stage (Mandatory)

Suppliers must meet a set of minimum criteria to be eligible for further consideration. These include demonstrated experience with high-value grant submissions, organisational capacity, insurance coverage, and the ability to meet compliance requirements.

2. Request for Proposal (RFP) Stage

Only suppliers who successfully meet all prequalification requirements will be invited to participate in the RFP stage.
