Ground lease for hangar development - Kempsey Airport

Kempsey Airport is a registered airport owned and operated by Kempsey Shire Council.

This Request For Proposal invites interested parties to submit a proposal for a ground lease at Kempsey Airport for the purpose of constructing an aircraft hangar.

One site is available for immediate development, being:

• site 16, approximately 627m2 block off taxiway C1,

A non-mandatory briefing session will be held at Kempsey Airport on Tuesday 24 June 2025, at 1pm. Respondents are to confirm with the Council Contact person identified, their intention to attend the briefing sessions by 1pm, 23 June 2025.
