Service Desk and 2nd Level Support of Digital Line Systems and Microwave Radio Systems

The Public Transport Authority (PTA) has implemented Plesiochronous Digital Hierarchy (PDH) and Synchronous Digital Hierarchy (SDH) digital line systems, as well as microwave digital and analogue radio systems, along all existing railway corridors within the metropolitan area. 

PTA Communications Technicians provide 1st Level Maintenance for all PDH/SDH Digital Line Systems, Microwave Digital Radio Systems and Voice Mobile Radio Systems (VMRS).

The PTA requires suitably skilled and qualified contractor to provide Service Desk & 2nd Level Support Services to support a range of PTA systems.
