Tender Description

The Kerikeri High school Gym is requiring remediation work after a flooding incident.

Please see the plans for further details on required refurbishments

The Contract Works described in detail in the attached plans are:

  • Demolition of selected structures
  • Change Room refurbishments incl. re-line walls, new toilets & showers
  • Small Floor area plan increase under existing eave
  • Electronic lock, vape detector & CCTV security replacement using the school’s preferred supplier
  • Lock replacement with Assa Abloy eCLIQ locks
  • HWC’s removed & changed to gas heating
  • New concrete footpaths & paving
  • Rotten wall recladding & replace timber framing as required
  • New landing & ramp
