An invitation is extended to you to submit a written tender for the following:

Isaac Regional Council (Council) seeks quotations from suitable qualified vendors for upgrades and replacement to mains and electrical sub boards on the site at the Clermont Showgrounds hereinafter called “the goods and/or services”.

Tenders must be in accordance with the attached Specification and Criteria. Please ensure your written tender is lodged prior to the Closing Time, being 2pm Tuesday, 1 July 2025 AEST.

An optional site briefing will be held on Thursday 19 June 2025 at 10am. Please send through your attendance RSVP by COB Wednesday 18 June.

All specification, general enquiries and written tenders must be submitted only. Please do not send tender directly to Project Managers, Project team members or other Council staff. All phone enquiry details will be forwarded to the Contracts & Procurement team as a matter of record.
