Lease on Part of Frimley Park, Hastings

Hastings District Council is seeking Registrations of Interest (ROI) from groups interested in leasing or obtaining a license to occupy for approximately 6725m² of land and buildings at Frimley Park, the site of the former Frimley Pools.

Proposals must involve a sporting or recreational activity consistent with the site's status as a Recreation Reserve under the Reserves Act 1977. The land will remain in Council ownership. The types of activities being sought, and the conditions respondents must meet in submitting an ROI are outlined in the ROI document. Depending on the type of activity, some existing infrastructure may be divested.

The ROI is the first step in the process and may lead to a more detailed Request for Proposal (RFP) for shortlisted applicants.

• Open Day Registrations due by: 11 June 2025
• Open Day (by registration only): 12 June 2025
• Individual site visits by appointment
• Deadline for Questions: 12pm 26 June 2025
• Deadline for Registrations: 3pm 2 July 2025 and must be submitted electronically via the tendering portal. Please use the response form provided.

The total submitted file size must not exceed 50MB, regardless of the number of files submitted. Respondents should ensure sufficient time is allowed to upload the files prior to the tender closure date and time.
