The purpose of this project is to redevelop two vacant, former child care buildings (335m2 and 624m2) at 10 Council Avenue, Rockingham into community facilities suitable for office accommodation for not for profit groups that provide support services and community based recreation activities. The scope includes internal refurbishment of both buildings, an extension of one building, carpark extension and resurfacing and landscaping works (External Works 959m2).

One mandatory site inspection for this Tender will be held and will commence at 11.00am on Thursday, 19 June 2025. Tenderers must attend the site inspection.
