The City of Armadale manages a growing network of roads, footpaths, car parks, and shared paths that require regular maintenance, upgrades, and improvements. To ensure the safety of workers, road users, and pedestrians during these activities, effective and compliant traffic management is essential.

These services will be necessary to facilitate various roadworks, including resurfacing, road renewal and upgrade projects, repairs to localised road failures, installation of traffic calming devices, Local Area Traffic Management (LATM) schemes, traffic management for large events, Black Spot treatments, and the construction or reconfiguration of car parks and shared paths, maintenance of parks, median strips and roundabouts.

Traffic management must be delivered in accordance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including Main Roads Western Australia (MRWA) Code of Practice and Australian Standards. The appointed Contractor will be required to supply and implement all traffic control measures including signage, barriers, detours, and personnel, and must be registered under the State Road Traffic Management Company Registration Scheme.

The Contractor must be fully equipped to provide traffic management services independently.
