Tender Description
The scope of works under the proposed contract are works associated with the following three structures:
1. Design and construct a concrete covered area in front of an existing kiosk building at Binnaway Oval.
2. Design and construct a concrete covered area in front of an existing kiosk building at Baradine Oval.
3. Design and construct a single accessible toilet at Baradine Oval with concrete path connections to the existing kiosk building.
The scope of works includes all works required to design, construct and open for operation each of the three projects including; design, obtaining approvals, site preparation, structural construction, plumbing and electrical installation.
All works are to be undertaken in accordance with drawings associated with Council's Development Application for each site and in accordance with conditions of approval.
