Port Stephens Council (PSC) request Contractors to submit tender for works at Shoal Bay Carpark, Shoal Bay, in accordance with all details in this Tender Specification.

The Objectives of the Works are to:

• Upgrade the existing gravel carpark to a modern parking facility.
• Improve the level of service for parking for the community.
• Maximise the number of available carparks.

The service provider will be engaged as the Principal Contractor and shall supply all plant, labour, equipment and materials required to complete all construction works in accordance with this Tender.

Mandatory Pre-Tender Meeting: will be held on site on the corner of Shoal Bay Road and Government Road, Shoal Bay at 10:00am Monday 16th June 2025.
