Legal Aid Queensland (LAQ) is seeking a qualified Data and Electrical Contractor under an initial 3-year contract term with an option to extend for an additional 3-year term, to provide comprehensive electrical and data services across multiple office locations. The scope of work includes routine maintenance, new installations, project-based tasks, compliance-related activities, and general electrical services.

The primary service locations are:

• Brisbane (Head Office, 44 Herschel Street)
• Caboolture
• Inala
• Ipswich
• Maroochydore
• Southport
• Toowoomba
• Woodridge

The contractor may also be required to service additional LAQ offices throughout Queensland as needed during the contract term.

Site visits - though not mandatory - will be conducted at 44 Herschel Street, Brisbane, on 17th June 2025 between 8 am - 3.00 pm. Prospective suppliers will be required to email laq.procurementteam@legalaid.qld.gov.au to organise a suitable time.
