We wish to engage a construction supplier to carry out works at the Kaukapakapa Fire Station to reinstate the fire station to a compliant building standard to enable the station to be reoccupied.

Alongside the repair and reinstatement works to the current site to get the station operational, the building will also need some compliance-based works to be completed to ensure the building meets the minimum building code requirements. See the RFP for the Scope detail.
