Tenders are invited from suitably qualified Contractors with previous experience in gravel Road maintenance Grading for the period up to 30 July 2026, with optional extension for further 2 years (1+1). The contract will tentatively be started in August 2025. At least 2 Tenderers offering best value to the Council will be appointed in the panel contract and will be offered work orders in the contract period.

All Tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Code of Practice for the Construction Industry.

The Principal shall not be bound to accept the lowest or any tender.
