Expression Of Interest – Bordertown Memorial Park Former Hockey Shelter Demolition

Council is seeking expressions of interest for the demolition of the Bordertown Memorial Park former hockey shelter located off Park Terrace. The shelter consists of a single concrete block wall on one side, timber roof trusses supported by metal poles, corrugated iron roof, metal gutters and concrete floor.

This expression of interest is on an “as is” basis. The successful applicant will be responsible for the full demolition of the structure and floor, removal including transportation of all waste materials from site and clean-up of the site to be return the site to a clear site.

Expressions of interest must be submitted to the Council office in a sealed envelope marked “EOI Memorial Park Shelter Att.: Laura Burbidge”, or by email to office@tatiara.sa.gov.au

Council may not accept the lowest or any expressions of interest received. All items to be removed 21 days from notification of successful tender.
