Kyogle Council is seeking the services of a suitably qualified consultant to develop a Vegetation Management Plan (VMP), which is to include a flora and fauna assessment, for a 24.4ha area of land shown in Figure 1 of Project Scope at Fairymount, Kyogle.

This land includes 2 parcels of land owned by Kyogle Council (Lot 1 DP1287691 - 4.78ha, Lot 3 DP1287691 - 15.3ha) and part of a Crown Land parcel (Lot 131 DP755734 - 4.29ha) where Kyogle Council has been granted a Licence RN 677564 under the Crown Land Management Act 2016 for an area of land which covers an access walkway to Fairymount.
