Department of Local Government Sport and Cultural Industries - Aboriginal Cultural Centre - Lead Consultant (Architectural) Consultant Team.

The Department of Local Government, Sports and Cultural Industries and the Department of Finance is currently undertaking planning and design for the Aboriginal Cultural Centre and surrounding precinct.  Consultancy Services will be required to provide services in accordance with AS4122 and the Government of Western Australia Department of Finance Architectural Services Brief. 

An initial Stage 1 contract will be sought for Concept and Schematic Design with a Stage 2 extension option for additional services.

The Consultant will be required to undertake a declaration of confidentiality prior to receipt of tender documents.
