We are inviting interested parties to submit an Expression of Interest to lease the Jerilderie Saleyards, located at Saleyards Road, Jerilderie NSW 2716, with the aim of continuing its operation as a working saleyard.

Key lease conditions

•  The saleyards will be leased for 20 years at a rental rate of $1 per year.
•  The lessee must commit to upgrading the saleyards to meet modern standards within the first 5 years and must maintain the facility for the duration of the lease.

If no expressions of interest are received, the future of the saleyards site will be reviewed, which may include decommissioning the existing infrastructure.

Please submit your Expression of Interest by 5:00 pm on Friday 27 June 2025.
