Architectural Consultancy for Beasley Change Rooms

The City of Melville (Client) is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Consultant to provide architectural services for the demolition of existing and construction of a new changeroom at Beasley Reserve

The Consultant will be required to provide all labour, intellectual property, supervision, administration, and research and pay all fees and charges and other disbursements necessary to carry out the services required under the proposed contract.

The consultancy services include the development of the existing concept design through to schematic design, detailed design, tender documentation packages, and following the successful procurement of a contractor, construction stage technical support. An optional item of superintendent services maybe included at the City of Melville discretion.
