Tender Description

Project goals

Design and Construct Package 1 - Garfield Road East Upgrade (GREU)

Garfield Road East is a key sub-arterial route between Piccadilly Street and Windsor Road within the North West Growth Area (NWGA), which is currently providing substantial land release to meet Sydney’s housing needs. Additional information is available at the TfNSW website: Garfield Road East - Piccadilly Street to Windsor Road

Elizabeth Drive Upgrade – priority section is a planned widening from east of Devonshire Road towards Badgery’s Creek Road. Additional information is available on the TfNSW website: Elizabeth Drive upgrade

Mamre Road is a State arterial road between the Great Western Highway and Elizabeth Drive. Mamre Road Upgrade Stage 2 involves the upgrade of Mamre Road between Erskine Park Road and Kerrs Road to address current and future capacity and safety issues.
