Tender Description

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Communities are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake refurbishment works at Lot 8 - 8 North Street Nannup WA 6275. The property is currently vacant.

The Work includes but is not limited to the following

  • Preliminaries  General Demolition Site works
  • Asbestos Removal
  • Internal / External Carpentry, Joinery and Doors
  • Cabinetry
  • Roof Works
  • Gyprock
  • Insulation
  • Bricklayer
  • Metal Worker and Windows
  • Glazier
  • Plumber / Gas Fitter
  • Electrical
  • Plaster
  • Flooring
  • Fencing
  • Painting
  • Cleaning
  • Patio
  • External Work

Tenderers shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation.  All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by Tenderers prior to submission of their Quote. 

All materials and installation shall be supplied and be in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work contained herein.

Briefing

A briefing session will be held at 8 North Street, Southwest, Nannup 6275 on 9 Jun, 2025 10:00 AM.

A non-mandatory site briefing will be held at Lot 8 - 8 North Street Nannup WA 6275.
