The scope of works involves the mulching of green waste, including organic materials such as tree limbs, branches, and untreated, unpainted timber. The works also include the transport of mulched material to a designated laydown area, and the recording and reporting of mulched volumes.

The contractor is to provide all necessary plant, equipment, labour, fuel, and consumables required to complete the works. This also includes mobilisation and demobilisation activities, and the implementation of appropriate environmental management, safety management, and traffic control measures throughout the project.
