ABOUT MIDWASTE and THE CITY OF COFFS HARBOUR (City):

MidWaste Regional Waste Forum (MidWaste) comprises of five Councils located on the Mid North Coast of NSW, that work collaboratively to strategically manage regional waste issues. Bellingen Shire Council, the City of Coffs Harbour and Nambucca Valley Council form the northern sub-region, while Kempsey Shire Council and Port Macquarie-Hastings Council form the southern sub-region. Together the 5 MidWaste Councils cover more than 11,000 km2 and have a population of over 220,000 people.

ABOUT THE REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ):

The City (on behalf of MidWaste) is seeking quotations from suitably experienced consultants for the services of undertaking a three bin Regional Kerbside compositional audit to achieve the objectives outlined in the Scope of Works.

SUBMISSIONS:

Completed responses are to be submitted via the electronic tender box using the attached word version of the Response Schedules

CLOSING DATE AND TIME:

Quotation submissions close at 5.00pm Wednesday 18th June, 2025

Submissions must be fully uploaded by this time as the portal cuts off exactly at 5.00pm

The City is not bound to accept the lowest priced offered, all or any part of the offer, and reserves the right to conduct the request process and select the successful proponent as it sees most advantageous.

The City staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal, faxed or emailed submissions will not be accepted.
