Kiama Council is creating monthly post-council meeting videos featuring the Mayor and/or Deputy Mayor and other Exec or Councillors as appropriate.

The videos involve watching the Council meeting and creating a draft script to be submitted for approval the morning after the meeting.

Filming the video (usually the Thursday post-meeting). Note: our Ordinary Council meetings occur on the Third Tuesday of each month.

Additional:

We occasionally also require a post-meeting video after an Extraordinary Council meeting. (For an additional payment)

There are also ad hoc videos for a special announcement, advocacy campaigns etc. so please include a price for these additional one-offs in your quote.

QUOTE Inclusions

Please quote costs for 12 months’ worth of mayor videos to include

• Drafting script and circulating within 12 hours after Council Meeting
• Shooting video (usually Thursday AM – shoots are generally max 1 hour, 1 location but may occasionally involve several locations around Kiama LGA), some flexibility on timings/locations, edit, cut, add subtitles etc.
• Supplying draft video for approval (final video should be 1-4 mins, depending on amount of content)
• Supply final video (with subtitles) and text for social media
• Cost for additional videos of similar spec
• Preferable: drone footage, ability to cut in stills, subtitles, location shots etc. Videographer must supply own mics, auto-prompter, lighting equipment etc.

Please provide 12-month full cost broken down into a per video cost, plus a quote for additional video/s of similar spec.
