The City of Norwood Payneham & St Peters (the Council) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to document the geographic coordinates and information about each public artwork (Council and community owned) within the Council area.

Deliverables

Utilising the Council’s ArcGIS mobile data collection tool document core information for each public artwork including:

• Image: photograph of artwork.
• Location: latitude and longitude coordinates, street address and other relevant geographic identifiers.
• Type of artwork: by category, for example sculpture, mural, functional, integrated or play friendly.
• Artwork name: if known and take photo of plaque (if present).
• Artist name: if known and take photo of signature or name plaque (if present).
• Description: a brief description or summary of the artwork
• Year artwork was created: if known
• Material: materials used in the artwork.
• Links to additional information: for example, artist’s social media page(s).
• Accessibility: Information about wheelchair access or other accessibility features.
• Condition: poor, good, very good, excellent.
• Commissioned by: the Council or other (if known).
