The Council of the City of Sydney ("the City") invites Requests for Tender for the purposes of implementing and supporting a Board Meeting Management Solution (BMMS) in accordance with this request.

Project Overview

The project objective is to review market offerings and select a BMMS that best meets the requirements of the City.

The project will benefit the City through enabling clear governance and decision making by the City's Council and Committees.

The scope of this RFT includes:

- set up and configuration of a new BMMS

- set up single sign-on for City staff and self-serve password resets and Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) for external users

- system and user acceptance testing

- provision of training and training material for the solution

- implementation and production verification of the solution

- ongoing support and maintenance of BMMS

- licenses for approximately 60 City staff and 15 external users.

Objective of this Request for Tender

Tenderers are invited to bid for the scope as specified in Part B - Specification.

The initial term of the contract will be for three (3) years with two (2) optional extensions of two (2) years at the City's discretion (a total of up to 7 years).

Tenderers must submit their Tender Response in the manner required by this document and as specified in the following:
