Tender Description
City of Darwin manages Shoal Bay Waste Management Facility under the NT EPA Environment Protection Licence EPL188 (currently version 06, refer attachment 1). As prescribed in the Licence, City of Darwin must undertake periodic water quality monitoring for surface water, groundwater and leachate sites.
