Tenders are invited for slashing services required for all 3 All Terrain Slashing zones across the Sunshine Coast Council region.

Respondents are advised that the contract Slashing Services (Contract Number ITT2074) was originally released via a Public Tender in July 2021 for 16 Separable Portions. This Tender is being undertaken for Portion G, H and I only as detailed below. The remaining Separable Portions are currently under Contract.

This Separable Portions contract consists of three Separable Portion’s:

• Separable Portion G - All Terrain Slashing - North

• Separable Portion H - All Terrain Slashing - Central

• Separable Portion I - All Terrain Slashing - South

Services include tractor and all terrain slashing, and where required mowing, brush cutting and herbicide application.

Respondents are encouraged to conduct a physical inspection of sites, to familiarise themselves with the varying site characteristics prior to submitting their tender.

The successful contractor will need to ensure that thorough records are kept, open communication is maintained with Council at all times, safe and sustainable work practices are followed, and a high standard of customer service is provided to the community.

This schedule of rates contract will expire on 30 June 2026, with no further extension available. During the term of the contract, Council may identify additional sites to be added to the contract. The tendered rates shall apply should additional sites require slashing services.
