Tender Description
The Shire invites Tenders from suitably experienced Contractors to undertake the detailed design (including shop drawings where necessary), fabrication, installation and commissioning of five (5) custom steel shade structures as part of upgrades to Lee Lane, Newman, Western Australia, 6753.
Lee Lane has recently undergone a program of upgrades aimed at modernising and enhancing the visual appeal and functionality of the area. As part of this revitalisation initiative, the Principal is now progressing with the installation of five custom-designed shade shelters. These new structures will not only provide practical shelter and comfort for the community and visitors but will also complement the refreshed streetscape and contribute to the overall improvement of public amenities along Lee Lane.
The Contractor will be responsible for delivering all works end-to-end, including but not limited to, structural design confirmation, materials supply, fabrication, site preparation, installation, and final commissioning of the shelters to ensure full functionality and compliance with all applicable standards.
IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION: This is a design-verification, fabrication, build, install, and commission contract. The Contracted Party is responsible for all Works end-to-end, and no separate Request for installation will be issued.
