Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of the Department of Finance (DOF) and Department of Education are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake SSEN Refurbishment Works, including ACM Removal at Tuart College (Level 1, Block A).

The Work includes but is not limited to:

• Asbestos Removal

• Demolition

• New Building Works

• Electrical, Hydraulic, and Mechanical Services

• Floor Covering

• Cabinet Works

• Painting

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at Tuart College, 105 Banksia Street, Tuart Hill on 5 June, 2025, 1:00 PM.
