Description
The AMD is a Division of the RACP that represents and connects Adult Medicine Fellows and trainees in Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand.

This casual vacancy will start immediately following confirmation of appointment and will end at the RACP Annual General Meeting in May 2026, in line with our election cycle.
The AMD Council meets twice per year. During this term, the AMD Council will meet for a full-day face-to-face meeting, on Thursday, 7 August 2025, in Sydney. Meeting dates for 2026 haven't been confirmed yet but are usually held in March or April.
In addition to the Aotearoa NZ Fellow representative (this vacancy), membership of AMD Council also includes the Chair of the Aotearoa NZ AMD Committee (ex-officio). Both of these roles represent AMD Fellows residing in Aotearoa NZ.
