Tender Description
Napier City Council is advancing with the development of a residential subdivision known as Parklands.
We are now looking for a skilled and experienced main contractor with the resources available to undertake civil and servicing works associated with Stage 12. This will include:
1. Earthworks
2. 3 Waters servicing
3. Road formation
4. Installation of utilities
5. Road marking.
The resulting shortlist of this Registration of Interest will also be used for future closed tender procurement associated with Area 4 civil works.
