Sutherland Shire Council is seeking to engage a select panel of preferred suppliers to deliver Arboriculture and Ancillary Services to support the care and maintenance of nominated tree assets. This Request for Tender (RFT) outlines the services required, with the aim of ensuring work is carried out to a standard that meets Council’s expectations and contributes positively to the local environment.

The following arboriculture services will be required under this contract include:

a) Use of web or electronic tree database and works system ‘OneCouncil - Ci Anywhere’

b) Tree Pruning

c) Tree Removal

d) Contestable Vegetation works within the NGZ of LV mains

e) Proactive works (to be defined by Delegated Officer/s)

f) Stump Grinding

g) Root Treatment including (grinding/pruning/severance/removal)

h) Installation of tree root barriers

i) After hours and emergency call out services

j) Removal of storm debris and storm damaged trees

In providing the above Services, the Contractor is also responsible for the ancillary activities listed below, and all associated costs are to be factored in the pricing schedule, as no additional payments will be made.
