Ipswich City Council is seeking proposals from experienced service providers for the Consultancy Services - Community-based Flood Emergency Action Plans.

This project presents a high level of complexity, requiring expertise in two distinct areas: (1) flood intelligence and analysis, and (2) community engagement and planning.

The scope is to develop a set of community-based flood emergency action plans (seven in total) for seven suburbs, identified as having the highest hydraulic risk, highest levels of community vulnerability (as identified in the IICP) and experiencing the greatest structural impacts from the 2022 Flooding Event.
