To secure a tenancy of Phillip House for a 5-to-15-year period in line with the EOI document and the Mount Penang Parklands Place Vision

Scope

Provide a tenancy which complies with the EOI including:

• aligns with and contributes to the Place Vision, including sensitivity to the community, environmental and heritage significance of the site; and complements existing uses elsewhere in the Parklands
• provides economic benefit in line with market value
• provides a viable use of the site by a tenant with suitable experience and capability
