Commercial Vending Rights – Vending Machines

Council (the Principal) is seeking submissions from appropriately qualified, experienced and reputable Tenderers for the exclusive licensing of various locations for commercial vending/ placement of vending machines across the Local Government Area.

• The relationship between the Principal and the successful Tenderer will be Licensor and Licensee.

• The the successful Tenderer will have the option to pay and exclusive rights fee, a percentage of turnover or both.

• The successful tender will need to supply and maintain the vending machines at locations to be agreed by Council.

• The license will be for a 5-year term, with one five-year option at Council’s discretion.
