Tender Description

Western Sydney University (Principal) is inviting Expressions of Interest from organisations wishing to be pre-registered to tender for Grounds Maintenance Services at Western Sydney University Campuses.

Scope of Services:

Services will be provided across the Western Sydney University network of campuses within the Sydney metropolitan and regional areas of NSW, as listed above, to provide Comprehensive Grounds Maintenance Services including:

  • Mowing services;
  • Gardening services;
  • Broad leaf weed spraying services;
  • Street sweeping services;
  • IQ irrigation system services, and
  • Water Reclamation and reuse system services

The potential contractual period for grounds maintenance services with Western Sydney University shall be for a period of 5 years (3-year initial term + up to 2-year option revised annually).
