Tender Description
Dungog Shire Council is calling for submissions in response to an Expressions of Interest to develop and manage a Holiday and Caravan Park at 138 Abelard Street and/or Abbots Flat in Dungog.
This EOI could include consideration of leasing the land to a private operator under a long-term agreement or an option to purchase the land post a long-term lease under conditions ensuring its development as a Holiday and Caravan Park.
