Corrective Services Industries (CSI) invites open tender submissions for the supply of Textile Fabrics and Consumable raw materials for use within its Textile manufacturing business units.

Corrective Services Industries (CSI) invites market responses that demonstrate competitive pricing while delivering value for money and upholding the required standards of quality, reliability, and service to support its operational needs. CSI is seeking suppliers capable of providing cost-effective, sustainable solutions that align with the organisation’s current and future requirements.

The objective of this procurement is to engage one or more providers for the supply of approved textile fabrics and consumable raw materials. All goods must be delivered securely, reliably, and within agreed timeframes to ensure continuity of operations.

A key focus of this initiative is to achieve value for money without compromising on quality. Suppliers must comply with all relevant compliance and security requirements, particularly those supporting the integrity and operational continuity of the Textiles services.

Scope

Corrective Services Industries (CSI) currently operates eleven (11) textile business units across New South Wales, with a twelfth unit scheduled to commence operations in the coming months. These business units are responsible for the manufacture of inmate clothing, linen, and a variety of other textile products to service both internal and external customers.

To ensure the efficient and consistent operation of these business units, CSI maintains a centralised distribution hub located at the Francis Greenway Correctional Complex in Berkshire Park. This facility receives all bulk deliveries of textile fabrics and consumable raw materials, which are subsequently redistributed to the relevant business units throughout the state.

The Textiles' pricing schedule is divided into four (4) categories: Fabric, Sheeting, Consumables, and Customised Fabric.

Suppliers wishing to participate in this procurement process are required to meet 100% of the supply requirements specified for each applicable category, as outlined in the Pricing Schedule section of the RFx documentation.
