Tender Description
The City of Melville requests a tender for the construction of a new park between 13 The Esplanade and 64 Kishorn Rd, Mount Pleasant. Landscape works include demolition of existing structures, regrading, construction of new concrete footpaths, construction of a new playground pit, installation of new garden beds, trees, plants, and turf.
The play structure and equipment will be designed, supplied, and installed by others.
With medium-density residential housing nearby and the close proximity to the Canning River, planning will be required for any potential environmental factors resulting from undertaking works.
The site will be available for preliminary works from November 2025.
