The Principal is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor/s for the provision of cleaning services for its nominated Karratha facilities. The purpose of the Service is to maintain high levels of cleanliness for users of these facilities and amenities.

Scope of Work

The Contract has been divided into five (5) separable portions. Contractors will be able to submit a bid for one, all, or any combination of the five separable portions.

The scope of Services proposed in the Contract encompasses scheduled and reactive cleaning of the following facilities:

Premium Facilities

• Separable Portion 1: Red Earth Arts Precinct
• Separable Portion 2: Karratha Leisureplex
• Separable Portion 3: Karratha Airport
• Separable Portion 4: The Quarter HQ Base Building

Karratha Visitors Centre

Operations Centre

7 Mile Waste Facility

ERP Project Offices 2 & 4 (Enterprise Resource Planning)

Karratha Corporate Services Administration & Annex
