The City of Nedlands is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the Supply and Installation of Sports Lighting Towers at the Charles Court Reserve Nedlands.

Tenderers are required to attend a Tender Briefing/Site Inspection on Tuesday 3rd of June 2025 at 9:30am.

The location of the meeting is:

Nedlands Rugby Union Football Club

Charles Court Reserve, 181 Broadway, Nedlands WA 6009.

The Tender Briefing/Site Inspection will provide Tenderers with the opportunity to clarify any uncertainties with the contact person prior to the closing of the tender.

Please confirm with the contact person, Gabor Bronson, Coordinator Procurement and Contracts via email gbronson@nedlands.wa.gov.au your attendance at this meeting no later than COB. Friday 30 May 2025.

Failure to attend this Briefing/Site Inspection will render the Tenderer ineligible to Tender.
